Growing in northern Montana (possible)?

with the sun not setting till 10-11pm in the summer, snow possible in june, early winter..

how the fuck am i supposed to do this?


i have 3 years of outdoors growing experience in good terrain. i know how to keep the deer/animals away. i have the perfect hillside picked out and all the supplies needed for the whole grow season.


so these with the sun not setting till 10-11pm in the summer, snow possible in june, early winter.. are my main concerns

any help is appreciated

three words. not an option

i ordered my seeds for Virginia climate before i knew i was moving. i have 10 blueberry kush. 2 lemon og. 1 tangerine dream and 1 blue dream

so am i fucked or will they grow???

Nah man that is a very short season for a photoperiod. I say invest in some autos and save those for an indoor winter grow

I bet you could grow in a greenhouse in Montana.. they would start flowering around 3-4 weeks later than california. you would need someway to protect from frost for the last 2 months..

the growing period in montana is roughly May 15th - September 1st... flowering wouldnt be done until around November 1st. They would start flowering sometime around 2nd week of August... In california i think they start flowering mid to late july..
