growing in cups

Has any body had any expireance growing in the red party cups. If so how long can I let them stay in there before they get root bound and it becomes an unhealthy inviornment. My plan is to let them go from clone straight into flowering, and I was wondering if it is possible to let them stay in there for the 8-10 week period of flowering?

Noone has ever grown pot in a red party cup...

if you use the transparent beer cups you can see the roots growing, and make the call.

I would 12/12 the plant from seed. Feed extra light and make sure you have loose soil. I would not let light touch the roots, bad shit happens when you do that.

Wait till it gets kinda dried out a bit and shake it out of the cup a bit in one big chunk and see how the roots looks. OR cut some drainage holes in the bottom and when you see roots it's time for a new home or something heh. =)

right from seed really??!!! I didnt know that you could do that. but that wont work for me since I clone all my product and just keep a fresh supply of moms (made from clones). I will eventually be going to a 12/12 schedule right from clone once I get my opp up and running at full speed.
