growing for the first time

ok here it goes lets start with i had 15 plants total all outside most of them got stolen from where i had them leaving me with 4 plants 2 of which are now gone due to a shed fire so i only have 2 left now they are outside in a friends yard being well maintained and taken care of i have never been made it this long with plants one is about 15 incheas tall and has been growing for a few monthes now with no bud and the other is about 13 inches tall no bud on it same growing time. now one of the plants has bigger leaves than the other like way bigger almost double the size roughly how long untill they start to bud? any information would help

Just be patient the buds will come. It shouldnt be long before you start seeing results. Good Luck
