growing for my personal use in Virginia

im wondering what i would get there's nothing i could find on google

i just want to know exactly because in the law book and on norml they just say manufacturing with intent to sell but im just wanting to grow for myself not to sell i have no need to sell

and im only growing 3 to 5 plants i don't even have a pocket scale or little baggies all i have is a pipe lol so there no way they could say i was selling

or do they treat it like moonshine were you can make as much as you want but you cant sell it

im just a bit curious about it thats all

It looks like any amount grown is a felony even one plant. With no scope of reduction in the law.

Also says its 5 to 30 years for growing.

no thats if youre growing to sell

i mean im not planning on getting caught it will stay on my property and im not giving it to anyone except myself but if for some reason someone stumbles on them then i guess im fucked but hopfully they send me to federal prison

No. Cultivation is a charge whether you sell or not.

They don't have a separate law for growers that sell.

Be prepared for some shit if you get caught.

The intent to sell can not be proven cause the plant is still alive. Hense the cultivation law. Or is it hence?

read through the whole first post lmao i said i looked on norml or maybe it was in a PM but on norml it said that with the intent to sell

i saw a news story when i looked it up where a guy who had 40 plants walked away with a 100 dollar fine and community service
