Growing For A Dispensary or Patient?

Hello everyone!

So lately I've been thinking... which would be easier and more legal: Growing for a patient or growing for a dispensary?

Also, how would I legally become someones caregiver. Including the proper documentation.

In here it says that in order to be a legal caregiver you have to have been "helping" them before you started growing for them. Thats ridiculous! Did I read that right?

Yeah, the law states you have to provide a service or care for them that is beyond providing them with cannabis.
