I can get the Lumatek 1000 watt ballasts for 249.00 online....but I was looking at your list and buckets, lids etc are 20% cheaper through local sources. (Home depot has 5 gallon buckets for 2.54)
$249 + shipping. Shipping is up to $30. Can't compare home depot buckets with the black ones. Black ones are ready to go. Home depot buckets you have to tape up to prevent light leaks. Most people use a roll of duct tape. A roll cost $5. Price of home depot bucket plus tape is over $7. That's way more than my buckets and you don't have to put in work. Put a light in those buckets and you can see through it. I thought you said you can get everything way cheaper locally. I want to buy from them instead of my wholesaler since they're way cheaper. I could save a lot of money. What store is it?
Well, it's your preference but I prefer to spend a little more for a black bucket and not have to take the time to tape it up. Just not worth my time. I know some don't care about looks but I prefer my grow room to look nice and black buckets to me just makes everything look better. I'll pay an extra 2 bucks to have that. I'm sure other people feel the same and some don't. I do a lot of automotive work as a hobby. Whether I'm doing welding, bodywork, full paint jobs, customizing, etc. I can't stand doing something cheaper just to save a buck and won't sacrifice quality in the result of my finished product. To each their own!

I don't know how you are thinking that. The whole conversation is about stupid buckets. I guess because my buckets cost more than home depot buckets or used buckets on craigslist that in some way validates that all my prices on my whole list is too high. I have checked all the local stores and no one even comes near what these prices are. I came on here just to give everyone an opportunity to get things near wholesale and that's all. I need to get rid of my inventory and get out if this business. A few came by and got a good deal from me. Their response was that they can't believe my price compared to the local stores. I'm not trying to profit, my prices are just a few cents for cheaper items and not much over my wholesale price for expensive items. So yeah, the most I'll make is $5-10 on a 400 dollar item. Or even less because I been selling for even less for larger purchases over $100. My prices on the list are not fixed and I do give deals to everyone depending on size of purchase. Any amount I make is to at least pay some company costs so I don't dip too far into the negative. I'm not here to screw anybody on prices. The last guy that came and picked up some stuff spent a good amount so I gave him half the stuff he bought for wholesale and I made nothing off that. I even logged in to my account to show him all the wholesale prices to show him that he's buying it for what I paid for it. I just want to sell all this and be done with it and help you all in the process. I'm also not trying to compete with the local stores by beating their prices. This is a one time thing. I'm selling all and then I'm out. I don't know why there's so much hate on this forum. You can either take this opportunity or not but that's up to you.

I know what you mean. But I'm not posting a sale. When a store posts a sale they still make money and are trying to lure people into their store so that they gain more customers for the future. I'm selling everything at wholesale or almost wholesale and giving a one time opportunity for everyone to benefit on my loss with no expectations of future customers. I'm shutting down!!! I'm selling everything way less than any hydro store. You really can't go any lower than wholesale. How often do you get to buy wholesale? Before I started my company I was just like everyone else and bought for all the local hydro stores at their so called discounted prices. When I set up my grow room I spent almost $4000. I just had a friend start growing and I set up an identical grow room of mine in his house. I sold him about half the stuff at wholesale and the rest at about 40% off MSRP. He spent $2100. That's almost half of what I paid. I don't know about anyone else but that's a lot of money to be saved and used towards something else. I just posted the opportinuty and that's it. If you wanna take the opportunity it's up to you. If not then that's fine but eventually all of my inventory will go and that's the last anyone will see hydro stuff go at wholesale prices again. Not saying that it can't happen but it won't happen for this many items. I mean I've seen hydro stores sell one or two things close to wholesale but that's just a trick to get you in the store. This is not my objective. I objective is to dump this shit and then I'm out. It's that simple. If anyone is skeptical then contact me and I'll have you come to my house. I will show you what I have and you will see what an opportunity this is especially for someone that trying to set up a grow room and does not have any equipment yet. We all know how much a full grow set up can cost.

Thats great if the discount is there. The only problem I see with this kind of situation is, if your going out of Biz like you say there is nobody to return items if they go bad. Me personally I like to have a door to go knock on ( so to speak ) if what I buy goes bad in a week, if you know what I mean. Not saying it will or won't but you never know. Meaning mainly any electrical things.
