growing conditions

What is the lowest teampture a plant can get befor it goes into schock and dies and whats the best way to keep them warm outside??

what happens if it does get below 45 can i throw a blanket over it or something?? its texas so there might be like 2 days it happens to get that low

You can try that. But you are going to be pressing your luck. Any time a pot plant is exposed to temps below 50 degrees there could be major problems for it to finish. If possible, maybe a electric blanket with an extension cord?? Tarp and Space heater?

I guess it depends how close you are to a power source. How many weeks left before you cut? It would suck to be close and get little or nothng.

there only a month old they were suppose rto be indoor but some shit came up so i moved them outsidethey arent even close to electricty

Damn dude, Wow they are small and with winter coming, If this frost don't get them another will.

As my Dad says "Hope for the best and prepare for the worst".

I am not a nay sayer by nature but there is no way you can grow that plant through the winter in Texas outside.

I mean, don't give up. But, better luck next time. Your timing sucks for an outside plant.
