I have not tried calling...usually if someone provides an email as a contact, that's the route I take. If they only take phone calls, that's lame.Yes,forgot about that complaint.

They tried charging me an arm and a leg for postage. Way over the top.
I'd buy em elsewhere if your not in the states.

Talking about an arm and a leg... I looked into Alibaba. They were asking nearly $200 In shipping and fees. The light would have cost me $70 more in the states.

All I was saying is a build that will cost me $700 in the US with guarantee is better than "possibly" not getting what you're paying for from alibaba and it costing $630...with $200 of that being shipping. Maybe if I were buying bulk.I have had excellent experiences with them.

Surely they are not clones as they are a legit retailer of HLG products
