HAS ANYONE EVER ORDERED FROM THEM BEFORE?


I was a little reluctant to order from a website i couldn't find any reviews for, but the prices were good from what i've seen. i ordered 2 tents, a 5x5x6.5 and a 4x8x6.5.... i paid around 450 after 85$ shipping. great construction and build materials. i've assembled them both in a bedroom in my house and tested how light proof they are. there great! i cant see anything, they both have plenty of exhaust and intake vents of diff sizes. i plan on ordering their 1000 watt hps/mh digital ballast and cool hood. if anyone knows a reason i shouldnt please speak up

Looks like they've had that website for almost exactly one year. No Better Business Bureau complaints. Niche Webstores, Inc. appears to be the main company, and have an A- rating on bbb.org.

yeah, niche one of their links at growace brought me to a website that made engines for bicycles. weird... but a- is better than my avg so cant complain, and im happy with my order, its just that lights are alot bigger deal than the tents and i dont wanna get a bum product. thanks for the info

I bought a 400w mh/hps from them about 6 months ago, no complaints. FedEx however did put a small dent in the reflector, but I was able to fix it.

I have to say I am having the exact opposit reaction to grow ace. I ordered a tent, light, and carbon filter/ blower form them almost a month ago and still havent recieved anything, the last two weeks they have jerked me around saying that the carbon filter wasnt in but they would mail me the other items until the filters came in...i have called repeatedly and they keep telling me the same thing while doing NOTHING they have promised...

I cant speak of the items they sell cause i havent recieved them yet but their bussiness practice is TERRIBLE.

I have 3 tents, 3 lights, 8 fans and 2 carbon filters all came from GrowAce.
Fast shipping and good product for the money "You get what you pay for" it is not a GrowBox tent but they are nice tents.

I did have one issue with their shipping when product was out of stock but they made good on the deal after I called an explained "Ship it today or I can cancel the order" got it 3 days later. Also some stuff is shipped from Amazon and I live down the street from Amazon so I get stuff next day when I pay for 5 day delivery.

I have purchased over 3k in Hydroponic stuff over the years, other than walking into Wormsway I only buy from Growace. They are a China importer PERIOD, so if you don't but CHINA CRAP don't bother looking at their site.

Best Hydro is also a good place to use as they have good stuff and good prices.

Hey I was thinking about purchasing the 600w grow kit from GrowAce.com, So you would recommend this as a good idea? lol i dont have any equipment, so i didnt want to drop the money on it and have the ballast or something go out right away lol. The prices are just really good so it would be nice to get a good opinion from someone who uses their equipment lol

I just bought a LED from GrowAce not too long ago. It delivered on time and was a good deal. Like the above post said, it is imported from China, but it definitely does the job and grows weed. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase

I actually purchased a grow tent from them through Amazon. No problems whatsoever. Usually if amazon sponsors the company they're at least halfway decent.

I've dealt with this company a few times online. They are not very honest and don't hold up to their own word. They also have really slow customer service through answering emails, its about the speed of normal snail mail. If it wasn't for "My USPS" I would have never been able to track one of my orders because after asking several times the information was never sent. This was all right after they sent my package to a wrong address... Their own.

I do not recommend this company, find someone else.
