Grow Tent Ventilation Question

First time grow op being set up and my 4'x2'x7' tent without my lights (havent recieved yet but it will be 6 100watt vero29 v7 cob lights) is sitting around 78 F with ambient temperature in the 9'x13' (117 sq ft) room sitting around 76 F . Overall House Temp is 80 F (1040sqft) . This is during the day time. I have a 4in passive intake open , and 3 6 inch passive vents at the bottom of the tent open. i have propped my exhaust fan 6in iPower 442 CFM on top of my tent and clamped the 6in port on the very of my tent around the flange of my exhaust fan with the exhaust venting directly upwards into the room the tent is inside of. I also have two 6in clip fans one at the very top and one lower on the side. Just trying to get the best cost effective way to provide cooling to the tent before my lights get here. I was thinking about installing an active intake. Or installing a ac unit to lower ambient room temp. or boxing an ac unit to vent directly into the tent with one duct exhausting out the window. Will be running hydro if that makes any difference. Looking for some constructive criticism and any advice for a beginner to ventilation thank you. Sorry for no pictures or links i couldnt post them

My first time was in a tent an god I will never use one again. In your case use an intake to control temp..make sure the intake is at the bottom to keep clean air going bottom to top.
