pics of the setup would help alot as far as being able to give advice on how to improve, you can give a decent description but a picture say a thousand words

well ventilation and light looks sufficient, you are wasting a lot of light being out in the open like that would you be willing to buy a cabinet or a book shelf from wal*mart ? if you are buy a white one that has no back or if it has a back get one that has a cardboard back that way its easy to cut then push it against a wall so that the open side is facing the wall then cut a opening in the back for you to work through that you can put a cardboard flap over to keep more light in

then get some 12volt computer fans and some 12v ac adapters from radioshack to splice to the fans so that you can plug them into the wall put one at the bottom pushing air in and put another one at the top pushing air out and put you oscillating fan inside with you plant. should be fine with that setup

yea man try to get some thing over to keep that light in and u might need to get a bigger box cuz u have at least 9 more weeks to finnish flowering and it will out grow it. ur plant will double its size

oh and might want to reattach that outlet back into the box open exposed wire are bad you dont want your plant to burn just yet

besides the new setup advice id say move the lights to where they are more above the plants.
yeah light on the bottoms of leaves isn't that good you want you light focused on where it should be coming from naturally the sun doesn't shine sideways

I'd get those lights above the plant, think about building a vented cab, and paint the inside white to get the most out of those lights... Good luck and let us know what you came up with... Peace -Girrah-
