grow room possible set ups?

im wanting to start a grow room, only thing is im in apartments so stealth would be the key, i only want maybe enough room for 4 nice plants an a possible cloning station, i moved to city im new to indoors, but ive grew outdoors for 5 years, im debating on soil or hydroponics?

if you havent done hydro start with soil. for four decent sized plants a 2 by 2 area and a 250 watter will be perfect. if you want bigger plants use a 400 watter and a 4 by 4 area

okay..well ive never orderd seeds online im on east coast carolinas...what would be a good seed company..an ive looked nirvana has the best prices..ive used seeds from herb ive bought from others..but im def. gettn feminized seeds..an ive heard indoors grows alot quicker to. i like your set-up tho. were do u ventalate the odor tho? an what kind of lighting would be best, hps or LED because power usuage would be a problem..also were can i find all the duct systems an mylar an supplys like that?
