Lol definitely not... I run a 400watt. And I have an ac and a fan that cools off my area. My space is pretty much same size as your tent and even with the fan and ac going my space stays between 79F - 84F

So do you think if I Got a 400 watt hps with my 6" rk 150 l it's 760m3/h plus maby a 4 inch intake plus a clip on fan might be OK?

Should be OK... Give it a go. Before planting anything in there just give a test run empty...

Put a thermostat and hydrometer in the space and turn your lights and fans on for the amount of time your lights and fans are running and write down temp and humidity...

Then do the same with everything off, write down the results... Then review and adjust as needed

I find that without an ac in the same area as my plants my temps can get out of hand real fast even in a matter of 45-60 minutes....

My setup so you can compare...
(but many different factors play into your environment and ours may be different before your setup even exists)

SunSystem 250/400watt self ballasted MH/HPS Conversion Light with Hood
10" Vornado fan on the floor facing up toward the light
20" Box Fan on the floor, next to my table, facing straight forward and away from the plants to remove any heat surrounding my girls
8000 But window air conditioner in the room and in a window near the grow space and the air conditioner has a built in timer and thermostat. So when it gets to a certain temp in the overall room it shits itself off which helps a great deal.

Between the cool air from the ac, the fans and heat from the MH bulb my humidity stays between 30-35%

Mine sits at that I had a 600 watt hps in a cupboard it was OK in the cool months but summer's here now the Temps shot up it was holding 25.5 -26.5 Celsius before but way over 30 now so I've got 2 lady's under cfls atm till I get a 400 hps but I can put the cfls in the cupboard for a few days till I get my temps

If it is over 30°C outside it would require more than a fan to cool it below 30°C inside - you'll need an air conditioner.
I wouldn't grow most strains constantly over 28°C.

That's why I have them under cfls atm till I get a 400 to bring temps down and I'll be using the loft as a intake and breather tile on the roof as a outtake it's cool up the loft even on hot day's so hopefully that should help

I doubt you'll be able to maintain the temp with the 400 and imo are wasting money buying it if you already have a 600. Youre going to need an ac. Growing in a tent once those plants are a decent size your going to have humidity problems. Get an ac, not a smaller light.

Any u would recommend
Just get a window ac. I use an 8000 btu window ac in a 4x8 tent and it controls my temps and humidity. Just get it actually in the tent. Mine has one of the doors pushed up against the wall with one of the doors open, and sealed around the ac using panda film.
