Grow room help

Hi all

am about to start on my very first grow after many years the wife has allowed me to grow at home as long as its hidden away

i am planning on a attic grow room i know they are not the best place but its all i have

my budget is £1000 for all the lights, filters etc as well as building the grow room

after many hours reading here i think i have my equipment list sorted my problem is with the attic

i plan to use 6/8 inch of fiberglass insulation 2 layers of the foil bubble rap heat sheild and 2 inchs of kingspan with foil on both sides
will this be ok with a view to the copper chopper as that flys around here offten

the lights in the attic will be 1 400w hps for my main grow (6 plants in a 4 by3 grow box)
1 150w hps for a smaller grow box for autos
4 4ft T5 200w total for veg room

the room will have intake and outtake ducting with the outtake being vented back into the house


any help advice from anyone who attic grows would be very helpful thanks.

I'm not sure where you are located but around here attics get really hot in the summer and dead freezing in the winter, even day night temperatures are going to have a pretty big swing.

you will need a grow room with insulation for growing in an attic. 1000 pounds is more than enough
