Grow room contractor.

I'm a licensed general contractor in California. I'm thinking of offering discreetly built growrooms, greenhouses, and such. Just trying to get some feedback.

Great idea, man. But, most people wouldn't ask that commercially, I don't think, if they are trying to be discrete about their grow.

Unless you would be able to advertise towards a medical-side of things?

I have seen I dude who post in the OC Craiglist saying he will build growrooms ect.. Seems like it would be nice, but personaly if I had the money to spend on getting a professional grow room, then I surley would not want some random contractor knowing where my setup is located. Maybe if they were set up off site or something.. I dunno, good Idea, just not the right market I think.

Good luck though.

I will let you build me a room for free, and i will be your referall. =) JK

Goodluck.

Thanks for the comments. Gaining trust would be the puzzle. Referrals would be the key. Medical patients would be the clients with advertising through the local clinic. They know me well.
Think about it. There's a whole line of services one could provide if trusted.
How about a maid service that won't steal your stash or turn you in.
Back to the growrooms There's plenty of reason to grow your own aside from cost though 20 bucks a gram is a great incentive.

Consider it done Set up some consultants. Over 100 years combined growing experience. Of course that is all hearsay with no legal proof. We'll be in Southern California. Anyway I don't want to turn this into spam. Just some thoughts on further mainstreaming of the businesses related to the medical field. What better way to earn our keep than practicing our favorite hobby.

Not much to get in on at this point. Just the acquaintance of some knowledgeable people and a little word of mouth at the local clinic. I'm mostly looking for interest as well as ideas at this point. Testing the waters.Talking big... You could easily do the same thing. You may very well be in a much better area I think it could be a viable service.

Pricing Plans!

Handi-capable designs.

Buying supplies wholesale, being able to offer near internet prices for items.
(you don't want them to go... Here, install this!)

Different tiers of different levels of control and yield.

Trash Removal, Emergency Help, Technical Support, etc.

This is an excellent opportunity. Let it start plenty small, reach out to a select customer base to start, and bide as much time as you can, so that you can stop worrying about security and the feds raining on the parade.

Do they bust med growers or just banks?

Damn dude, really partner up with the dispensary to help people get growing with clones they got, helping them to take care of their first round would be really helpful.

I'm manic, sorry. Why-has-no-one-done-this-before is such a... bitter sweet position. Anxiety and excitement... It's good that you already got something started, with some equity to put up for a trial run of the service... To see what works, and then go all out when the time is right.

I'm jealous. ;)
