Grow&roll's PC Grow Box 1st attempt soil, FFoF, Bagseed, lst & some frekin lights.

Hey everybody!!!!

Grow&roll here, the purpose to this thread is to grow & roll some LOW COST MJ, seek advice, meet fellow farmers and have a good time with a bong rip every once in a while. I have grown once before but it all had to come down for an unexpected but happy surprise, my son. I'm exited to start this new adventure, I've never grown anything in a PC tower so any criticism is welcome. I've ran in to some financial problems and my space is limited so this type if system was logical for me.

I don't have a tape measure, I used an onscreen ruler and a piece of paper...haha sucks being broke but I'm in a new city Ive never lived in, trying out my luck and making some good smoke on the way.



Attempting the lst technique, I read a lot about it well see what happens.
Hopefully during the course of this thread I move in to a bigger space and I can use the experience gained here to start a small tent and bubbleponics but for now I have chosen to make my entry in to the MJ farming community with a PC grow box.

Thanks man & me too can wait till she starts growing.

A lot of people just browse, then there's the regulars that comment.

My preference is how you have your pics now. I don't like having to click thumbnails as it opens a new window(I'm on my phone)
I use Roots Organic Buddha Grow and Buddha Bloom and I like the outcome (you can check my grow in my sig) although I never tried any other nutes lol.

Lst is damn near fool proof the worst you can do is snap it. Aslong as it doesn't snap into two pieces you're good.

Cool I'll keep my photos this way from now on, yeah worst thing I could do is break them...I have plenty of bagseed so even if it takes me a couple of tries .

From the looks of your first picture, it looks like you left it in the paper towel way too long. You may need to start another seed, I don't know how long that one will last?

She was in the bag for 3 1/2 days I think she will b fine but only time will tell.

Stopped by McDonalds with the Ms, asked for an extra big mac box and BAM!

So far so good, sometimes I get a little impatient and tweak too much but Ive been holding back

DAY 3


The leaves opened up and one of them has a little patch on the leaf, probably nothing to worry about.
You can see the first set of true leaves forming.
That's pretty much it.

Ps: When do you guys think I should add the other 2 bulbs? I plan to put one flowering bulb to balance out the spectrum.

Just put them in now, I don't see why not.

Also seems like you may be over watering, Be careful when your watering it as they are rather easy to over-water in certain mediums.

I only watered on day 1 when I planted.Then when I posted the pics I just gave it 1 cup, top layer was pretty dry so I figured it would be ok.

1 cup of water is too much for a seedling.

Hm...a cup is too much with all that medium? Dunno I mean I can totally see that if its in a solo cup, then again ive soaked seedlings in solo cups and the medium hadn't been watered for 3 days. Have you had overwatering issues & how much do you usually water chibz?

DAY 5


Well not much has happened. It looks like shes growing and is healthy. I added the other 2 lights one 2300k to to balance things out. Other than that every thing is the same.

That's not a healthy seedling.

You must understand that these seedling are a lot like cacti, They don't need much water. The roots 'grow' when they are looking for water.
If you're continually dumping a cup of water onto it then it's never going to have to look for it thusly causing a small plant with numerous problems.

Your plant would be a lot bigger for 5 days if it was truly 'healthy'. Not trying to be the barer of bad news, but I feel I need to tell you before it's too late.
