Not done with the grow.. just wanted to share some things about both strains. This will be the first time I have grown either strain and I must say that I am absolutely BLOWN away with these two strains. Both strains are the same age too.. started flowering just one day apart.. but I count them as being the same age because one single day isn't that much of a difference really.
The Snow White strain.. I'm almost lost for words.. no bs either. She's 20 days, as of today, into flowering and she already has an abundance of trichs. This thing has more trichs on it right now.. at only 20 days into flowering.. than some strains I've grown in the past have developed through their entire flowering cycle. Yeah, she's going to have some very potent buds.. and her smell is just intoxicating!! It's hard to describe.. but she's had this beautiful DANK, potent, pungent smell ever since day #1 or #2 of flowering. The smell I think has back off a little bit.. either that, or I'm just getting used to the smell. LOL.
As for the Afghani #1.. absolutely the BEST full Indica strain I have ever grown. This thing is so healthy.. that during the day.. around mid-day or so.. her fan leafs begin to kinda point upwards you know.. which if you know what I know about botany and cannabis.. this is a very very good sign. If you were to film a cannabis plant growing 24/7 until it is harvested...then play and watch the film in fast mode.. you would see what I'm talking about. I like to refer to it as the 'Butterfly Effect' (no, not the movie).
If your plant does this.. its a clear indicator that the plant is still growing vertically (upward growth).
Anyhow.. I just wanted to share that with everyone.. and let those of you who have never grown the two strains.. know how great they really are.
