grow mediums...??

I just put 9 seeds in Jiffy's peat pellets (already germinated) and i have 7 in a window sil, and 2 under a flouresent light. I'm just wondering what grow medium i should transplant into when it's time.. And also, is there a way to speed up the growth of my 2 plants under the light?

do a search for Foxfarm soil, they have a directory

just put higher watt lights around them or put lights every where

like 1 light every 6" 's
