grow lab 80 set up help.....

I'm pretty sure its a gl 80, its about 6 feet tall. I want to set up a rdwc maybe 6-9 plants in this system. What would be the best lighting and ventilation to get the best results. This is where I want the final grow to take place. I have a closet with 2 60 watt bulbs to germinate and grow until ready to transfer to the system. Please help.
