1. I think your seedling will be fine.
2. Looks like you planted in mud. If it were me, I would get some better soil.
3. It's a little cold in there. Try and get the temp to ~75
4. Don't drop seeds together in the same pot (the roots will grow together and possibly stunt the growth)

just my .02

It's fine just get some light on it!!!! Sprouts need light. And like dude said get some better soil Fox farm happy frog is ideal. You can buy it online if you don't have a hydro shop around. But first and foremost give it light CFLs work great make sure you get "daylight bulbs" with a 6500k temp and "soft white" 2700k for flowering.

k thanks for the input yeah i just threw like another 3 germed seeds in right beside it a while ago, is it possible to grow a bunch of little plants that grow together in one pot then grow into bushes? its a soil mixture from some bag soil its a muddy soil do you think it will do fine the way it is? i cant really hang in more lights but i can bring the temp to 70 you think it will grow into a bush?

you're making a bunch of mistakes that can prove to be fatal but they're all easy quick fixes

1. do NOT turn the lights on when water is on the leaves, especially on a plant that young. the light will act as a magnifier and can easily burn your crop.
2. do NOT plant them in the same pot! the roots will basically fight each other. they wont conjoin into a bush somehow like you seem to think.
3. 60 is NOT a perfect temp. try to get it up around 75

what kind of lights are you using? how many lights, what kelvin temp? what kind of soil? any nutes? bagseed or do you know what youre growing with (auto or photoperiod) im new too and wish i could help more, but providing all this information the novice growers can give you much better advice on growing a bigger healthier plant.

Firstly,

There's tons and tons and tons of information on the lighting question you asked and on a lot of the questions you will encounter. I highly encourage you to spend your spare time reading others grow journals and the "HELP!" sections on grow forums. It's where I learned a majority of my grow information.

Now, with that aside, you're not going to want to switch to 12/12 for a good while, for me it was a good 2 months (I was doing a SCROG set-up). It is DEFINITELY not worth flowering on your 3rd set of leaves. General rule of thumb is 1/3 of the space your have then switch to flowering.

There's an organics section on the forum that can help you out with organic nutrients/compost. I don't know much about it, but I DO know you're going to want a wayyyy better soil.

As far as the application of molasses goes, my only knowledge on the usage of that is when a DWC grow is close to harvest time.

One of the newer errors to growing is OVERWATERING. Be careful! When I grew I was using a DWC set up, so I haven't really encountered much on the end of watering soil. But I can tell you many a friend of mine on forums who starts growing has over-watered a plant once or twice.

Keep your plants in separate containers. Once their roots tangle up it is a bitch to fix.

Lastly- PATIENCE DEAR FRIEND. It's very easy to get excited at all the prospects of your bud porn, but waiting the extra week or two can really really help out your grow.

Edit- We need a lot more information to help you out.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Things you're going to want to post in order to get useful info.

Grow Box Specs- How Tall/Wide is your set up? This will help you figure out what method of growing you should undertake. (LST, SCROG, Topping, Nothing)

Seeds- Are these seeds from a random batch you were smoking? (Bagseed) Or have you ordered them from somewhere? Are they Autoflowering? What's the Photoperiod? If the answer is bagseed you're probably going to just have to "feel it out."

Lighting Conditions- What type of lighting are you using. From your picture it looks like either T5 bulbs or Tube CFLs (are those t5s? idk). Not a bad Idea, but you might want some lights directly overhead. What type of light is being emitted from these bulbs? Your ladies are very particular about the spectrum of light that you give them. Make sure that they are the correct color and have a decent lumen output.

Reflective Material- Are you being efficient with your light? A good grower will make sure that his babies get as much of the light as possible reflected back onto his plants. Make sure you have flat white walls or some sort of reflective material like mylar. NO ALUMINUM FOIL: it creates hotspots and those are NEVER a good thing.

Room Temps- What are your room temps like? Are you monitoring them closely? Make sure that your grow is around 74-80 Degrees F. You also want to have good airflow to make sure you dont create hotspots.

Nutrients/Soil PH: Make sure you have good food for your babies! Let us know what your using. Soil PH: Make sure you get some sort of device that will help monitor your soil's PH level. Always make sure to include those in your reports. If your PH levels are out of whack, they may lead to a nutrient deficiency problem.

did you even change anything or follow any advice that was even given or did you disregard all of it? if disregarded, please do start to flower tomorrow, you will yield 4 ounces.

by the way, you'll get dry sockets if your oral surgery was removal of wisdom teeth. give it a good 5-7 days. you might get lucky though, i smoked as soon as i got out and multiple times a day following that, although that was a dumb immature decision.
