Grow Cabinet w 4' 4bulb T5

I am building a grow cabinet underneath my work bench in my garage. It is a big cement and cinderblock garage and stays pretty cool during the day. I have cut out the section of shelving, built the walls and painted it all flat white. At the moment I'm using a 2bulb T8 just for cloning purposes and have not yet built the doors, I am using a piece of ply that fits in place. When I install the 4bulb T5 I am going to need some sort of exhaust fan. I was wondering what you guys thought my best option would be. I can cut an exhaust hole and mount a fan easily on the side or top. Should I cover the interior with panda plastic or just leave it wood/cement painted flat white? The cabinet is about 32" high, 56" wide and 24" deep.

I live in the sub tropics so am able to flower outdoor year round. I have a 10x12 covered area to keep them out of the rain. I will be using the grow cabinet to clone and grow the clones big enough to put outside underneath the clear roofing.

This is all legal, bluecard holder here.

Still building? I'd recommend panda or something over the wood, easy to wipe down and probably discourages mold/rot a bit more than wood. Drilling a hole at the top of the cab and mounting an air duct inline fan up there would work. Check out your hardware store, or look online, for dryer hose adapters, etc that might be used to mount. You could also use a computer fan, which would be easy to mount in your application. If you're CFM is too high, put the fan on a timer, and dial it in with a cheap electronic temp/humidity gauge that stores high and low ranges in 24 hr period. Are you running a humidity dome, despite your climate, or would a T5 dry the air that much in a small compartment in your garage?
