Grenco G not working ??

Hello all .. Just bought a Grenco Science portable - I loaded the herbs loosely and made sure to grind .. The device getsi hot / lights on etc.. and no vapor!! Any tips? Thank you!!

Ha ha no one responded .. Am happy to report that it's working fine! The more I learn about vaporizing the more I see that there All different scenarios .. A lot to learn .. Prefer this to smoking.
