Greenhouse Stealth and Security

I am a qualified California medical patient, soon to incorporate a non-profit collective.

I'm considering erecting about 2000sqft of greenhouses/hoop houses on a 6 acre plot. This is in a county with no explicit MMJ regulations beyond the statewide Prop 215 guidelines.

The plot is pretty flat, roughly triangular in shape. It's bordered on two of three sides by low traffic rural roads. It's pretty easy to see most of the property from either of those roads. There are very few neighbors or anyone else I would anticipate traveling on those roads.

My first draft plan was to build a security fence around the greenhouse area. Probably about an eighth of an acre fenced in. I will also build up visual barriers, but with stuff like fruit trees, it will take a couple of years for the full effect.

I would like your opinion on a few things:
-Is a grow of this size foolish, given the relatively exposed land I described? Would a grow of this size absolutely need to be deep in the woods for security purposes? Keep in mind, the grow itself represents less than 1% of the size of the land I own.
-What kind of fencing? One neighbor has cyclone fence with a barbed wire top, so anything I add will fit right in.
-Ideas for 'instant' visual barriers?
-There are a number of trails and paths through the area. Not really roads; they seem like driveways cut through unoccupied lots. Maybe fire trails? These are very low traffic paths but I wonder if they could be used as 'getaway' routes. Am I being paranoid or is this a legit cause for concern?

You know your neighbors better than us. As for the land any size is good. U need to think about the number of ladies you are going to have in it. And rippers are always gonna be around so don't forget about them!!!!
