Greenhouse Seeds Great White Shark Grow Box 600W HPS

Let's post some pics, I must mention that I'm already in day 20 of flowering, although it doesn't look like it, I blame the fucker that gave me a Sylvania 600W normal HPS instead of a Grolux. Must say it again, fucker! I'm to blame as well for not checking. Anyway, I forgive him. This is the beginning.

This are pics after changing my reflector, as you have seen the old one was shite, as Mr. Nice would put it, and also I trimmed the girls. You will see that even though I'm in week 3 almost, the hairs are barely there, again I blame this on the regular HPS instead of the horticultural one. Anyway, I already post an order for a horticultural one:D Gotta do all I can, right? I also blame the light for the big inter node space, knowing full well that I kept the light at less than 40 cm from the plants.

Dude, they look great! Nice, super thick stems and huge leafs. I'm sure you'll probably get a huge load of prime quality herb out of that setup. Good luck to you:)

Dude! Thanks! I really appreciate your optimism. I'm hoping for the best, but I'm trying to act as well:D Peace and respect!

Yeah plants are looking nice... but I understand that you are worried a little cause you can barely see hairs and its almost 3 weeks of flowering. On what day of lowering did you switch to the new bulb ?

Dude, I haven't switched yet. My new bulb didn't come in yet. They're still getting light from the normal HPS. That's what I've used up until now. And the hairs are starting to show, but I was used to getting really a lot of them by this stage. Anyway, I think it'll be alright.:hump:

good luck man. i just chopped a Greenhouse Great White last week. She's a hefty yielder, and quite strong/vigorous/easy to grow and can take pretty heavy nutes. She smells more sweet/fruity/floral than the rhino and widow, but after chopping and curing the taste and smell changes to more of a sour like the rhino and widow. Pretty good stuff esp considering how old the strain is.

Good Luck man!

Not much to say other than: Keep up the very good work! I really love the hugeness of the leafs on this strain. And I think you can tell how much bud you will get by the thickness of the stem. The thicker the stem, the more bud it can support, right? :D And yours look like they could support some real heavy "sharks". :)

Eternal, Tatan and last but not least Youngblood, thanks for all the support and the enthusiasm, I hope that after I get the new light things will start too look up. I'll be following your threads closely. Peace!

"Made in phone" style:D I don't have a camera, just a lousy phone with a camera. When I get a camera I'll post nicer pics. Peace!:D

subscribed. keep in mind bro they are on the smaller side going into flowering. I've found smaller ladies that havn't preflowered before or within days of 12/12 can take an extra week to start flowering when compared to larger plants of the same strain. There just trying to veg out as much as possible to give you the highest yield. They look healthy + sexy, I think you will be just fine!
