Greenhouse question

For those with experience in greenhouse growing. Due to the close proximity of neighbors I am a bit concerned with odor control. I plan on purchasing a portable greenhouse where I will hook a fan/carbon filter up to pump air through and expel filtered air. Q1. Does this seem like a sound idea? AND Q2. Opaque polyethylene vs. clear polyethylene. I prefer the privacy of opaque, but will it diminish a significant degree of light energy from reaching the plants??

eve 3.5 mil plastic will diffuse enough light to hide whatever is growing in that greenhouse.

you're in the bay area you say, just get your card and to fuck with odor control.

EHH I know. I just don't like being too conspicuous. By going the opaque route, as opposed to clear (which is more expensive), will I be depriving the plants of potential growth?
