Green work light

Hey guys,
due to my current work hours combined with my light schedule, I don't get a chance to do maintenance during the weekdays.

has anyone used green work lights during a grow? Are they guaranteed to not inhibit your plants?

i use one.It helps out a ton.Does it slow things down? IDK.....
