That freak of the bunch looks like a bad phenotype that the breeders tried to remove from the gene pool.
It seems like they want their seeds to remain short and stocky. But that lady just wanted to stretch and say hi to the sun!

Sheesh these look amazing, I wish I had the cash for quality seeds. But I don't really care, I've got such a fatty bagseed stash.

Hey the only reason I bought good genetics in the first place is because I had no bagseed so don't feel bad noone likes spending money when they dont have to.

Haha I got 5 weeks or so left on some mystery.
I don't know the actual flowering time since it's mystery, but I'll guess around 8 weeks total.

Im definitly doing photos for my next run. I wanna try LST and other stuff like that this time around. More experimenting and better payouts.

Yea I hate early stage LST, looks hideous. But once the leaves start shedding and branches start showing up, it looks really good.

I think when I take end of week 8 pics we should start guesses at how much dry weight is gonna get pulled off the 7 plants that will be ready at the time. My guess is a total of 8 ounces off 7 plants
as I figure each plant will give just over an ounce.

Yea... I think thats a pretty realistic guess for sure.

I'm guessing 7oz with a proper trim, 7.5ish if some stubby sugar leaves are left on.
When I get the money I'm going to buy a pack of Subcools' Jack the Ripper.
And stash them in my jar for later.

So many strains so little grow room.

my leaves attached to the buds are fully crystalized. Loaded with trichomes. Unfortunitly the canadian mail strike has not facilitated the delivery of my 60x jewellers scope but now that its over i'm sure
it will be here any day now.

Can you give the plant's their trim before you cut them off?
Like, cut all the leaves out of the buds and take some pictures with the plants still in the pots?

I know this is a dumb noob question but will trimming before i harvest them hurt them at all?

Well 'they' say to harvest in the early morning. Right after lights on.
It would only stunt them if you were intenting on growing them longer. If you plan to harvest all at once then no.
Another thing I advise; it would be best if you only cut one or two at a time. Otherwise you'll have a shit ton of product to trim through, and it will rattle your nerves.

But now that I think about it, if you trim while they're alive, then all you have to do is cut & hang.
No tedious trimming required.

Get us some close-ups with a white light on them. Like a 6500k cfl or something, so we can see true colors.

my next set of pictures ill throw the metal halyde in for a better idea of colour etc and ill be sure to get some close ups.

Don't bother swapping to a Metal Halide, that's just a pain in the ass for you.
Just use any old CFL or fluoro tube or something.
Unless the MH is the only white light you have.

So are you planning on trimming while they're alive, or after you harvest?

im going to trim them while their alive right before i chop em down so ill trim then take pictures then cut them down. I'm also toying with the idea of doing up a final video for everyone
considering this is the end of my first grow comming up.

looks like it went well for you good job on ur first time.i remember my first it was so long ago i was down there like 10 times a day!!
