You take those squared metal tinz that you get for making lasagne
(la-zon-ya)

'you can buy them from your local grocery store'


you need 2. one for overhead and one for under. they cost like 4 bucks each,then tape or super glue and glue them together so it forms a square or rectangle. now cut a hole on the top of the glued together metal tin so you can position your light into or over it tightley. this is for new plants that just sprouted.It provides light and bounces it from wall to mimic tin foil,it is ment to provide light to all branches of your plant.

you will cook them mate. at least suffocate them. you need some air flow so they can breath and keep cool. a light with a normal reflector will let the air flow between perfectly

i poked severel holes in it and it had constant air flow
