so i've got my first infestation of spider mites in 10yrs, i've hit them with Pyrethrum ec5, as thats what i already had to hand, i've got neem oil as well, i will give them a blast with that in 2 or 3 days.
the plants are about 16in tall, so easy to treat, i think they are the nasty hard to kill fuckers, do you guys think neem and pyrethrum will be enough to see um off.

Stay away from azamax, azatrol, aza-sol and any other "Azadirachtin" product. I only use that garbage on mums I won't take cuts from for a month. (at least) Do not use this on vegging plants about to go into flower. Do not use this on plants IN flower. Most people are not aware of what this stuff does to you, those that are more sensitive find it abhorrent. It causes nausea and, in advanced exposure, "Cannabis Hyperemesis." On a non-health level, it tastes gross, even when sprayed during stretch or used as a root drench before flower. Awesomely nasty stuff.

Mites are slaves to their breeding cycle. Anything that will kill mites, will wipe out the infestation if it's used every 2-3 days for 14+ days. There are no 'resistant' mites that I've come across, even though I've been told the mites I received were 'resistant' on many occasions.

I use an ounce of isopropyl alcohol in a gallon of water. KEEP ISOPROPYL OUT OF THE ROOT ZONE. Spray the plants down and then spray them down with clean water to rinse. Give it a good shake before standing the plant back upright.

You shouldn't even apply isopropyl to your bud, leaf, or node structure. Isopropyl will strip your sugar leaves and buds because THC is fat abd alcohol soluble, and it can destroy plant cell structure. And people use Azamax pretty often without issues. Gonna have to say this is opinion-based.

I mean if you want my opinion I say fuck it nuke em with forbid or avid but only if in veg. I use em on my clones and 1 week before veg along with eagle 20. A lot of people will say shit but I bet I have the cleanest plants in this bitch and by the time my plants are creating actual buds it's all out of its system. The only reason half of the shit on the ban list is on the ban list for commercial is due to high flammability. Things have their place if used properly no one will ever smoke might exoskeletons or excrement or smoke bud that has pm still systemically.

NEVER treat mites in flower. This is for veg only.

You get mites in flower, either let it ride or chop and replant.

Cannabis Hyperemesis showed it's face, for the first time, shortly after azadirachtin hit the market 10 years ago.
I have no problems shying people away from something that 'eventually' people will know the truth of.

I, and quite a few people here in Colorado now, will not touch aza buds.

Thanks! :D
