Got caught by the cops preping our grow site

Tonight me and my friends went out to prep our first site so we had dirt and shovels. we parked in front of a house in a dead end streat but we where still hidden becuse the house had a big fence and they had no lights on.we got out and hurried up to get everything in the woods before we would be seen we got to the location without any problems and got everything redy and left everything hidden in a dead hollow tree exept one shovel on our way back we got seperated so 3 of un went one way, me and an one friend took an other my 3 friends got out of the woods a blok before the car and where suprised to see a police car speeding twards them then they explaind that someone saw suspicious people going near someones yard meanwhile me and my friend come out of the woods near the car and see the cops with my friends so we throw the shovel in a ditch and we hurried up to get away from the cops who didnt even see us some how becuse we where clearly visible and we walked right in front of the guy who called them and got away my friends who didnt have anything on them exept some weed in their boxers told the cops some bogus story and since they had no evidance they had to let them go on their way and they came to pick us up then we went to smoke a bit to relax and when we went back to get the shovel we where stuned to see that the cops had taken it this is the second time we get caught in the last 5 days last time they found 3.5 g on us and tried to intimidate us by puting us in the back of their car to finely let us go on our way with our weed canadian cops are great ! its the first step to beating prohebition

If you get caught twice within 5 days you are obviously doing something wrong. Or stupid. Or both.

or very unlucky... I wish I lived in Canada here if you get caught with a gram you get 6 months probation and a total of about 1000 dollars
in fine.

If you picked the other spots with the same care you choose that spot,i bet we will be hearing you say i just got busted again,real soon.
Who in their right mind would try and grow around a neighborhood that you have to walk past someones house with all of your supplies.How old are you 10.OPH

This is such a typical canadian viewpoint (In my experiences). Even my wife shares it. The laws are so lax in certain areas you don't take the time to put some valuble thought into what you're doing. You sit there and say "Oh the cops don't care, they have more important shit to worry about". While that may be true (and I've had a cop turn the blind eye to cannabis to go after a bigger fish) sometimes it isn't always the case. You need to think. You need to be rational. Because the next time they catch you they wont let you go. Fool me once shame on you...fool me twice...

DONT GO BACK! and why the hell do you have like 5 people on this grow op. IMO thats a lot of mouths! unles you have like 10,000 plants! and i really doubt that! but seriously find a new spot its better to be safe than sorry!

I don't know what province they were in but I'm very familiar with Ontario. There are so many secluded spots. And yeah, take 2 guys max and carry a coupla fishin poles with ya.

Their biggest concern was probably who got to ride 'shotgun'.

i am growing at home smart ass and the spot we had wes 2.5 miles in to the woods super secluded no trails and you have to cross a big river the spot is well was safe we just went in to early if we would of waited another 2h before visiting our spot no one would of seen us but we had 11 spots to visit so we started earlier then we normaly would of

maybe you could just take another route in if it's that secluded. I doubt the neighbors knew what you guys were really up to

the police found our shovel so i dont think where going to risk it anyway we got other spots that are allredy preped so well probably just put more in those ones

it doesnt matter how secluded the spot is... if you are walking through peoples yards carrying dirt, shovels, nutes, and other grow related shit someone is bound to catch on... hell just the dirt and shovels and someone will think your burying a body.. and like many people have said, obviously if you have gotten caught 2 times in a week, maybe you should think of another line of work... just cause your laws are laxed and cops dont care as much doesnt give you the go ahead to be a complete idiot... use your head bro...

For fucking real. I agree with GMoneys' assessment of the situation. Fucking canadians dont think shit through. There are only 2 people who know about my plot and the other is not going to flip. I have known this person all of my life and I trust her implicitly.

When i go to my grow spot, i always carry my rod and tackle bag.. No problems so far...

Your ignorant for judging a complete nation of people from one experience. Having one person knowing in my opinion is to many. You might want to watch out lol

I think 5 people for 1 grow is to many. Like the other guy sad maybe if you had to plant 5000 plants but I highly doubt that since your planting near someones home, they could look in the back of their home to a sea of 5000 pot plants.
