I recently had security issues with my seedlings (only week and a half old) and ive had to take them out of 24/7 cycle. Now ive been giving them light from the time I get home from work till the time I go into work. I've had to hide them due to a lot of maintenance going on in the house so that's 9-10 hours of dark they're getting right now. My question is can I take them out of this new cycle and put them back on 24/7 or should I keep them on this cycle? id like to get it to where they're at least sleeping when I am and awake during the day.
