ok so buddy of mine asked if I can upload some pics for him and see if I can get some answers on whats going on. He's using FFOF and General Organics GO BOX. Unknown strain(s) under a hydrofarm 250W CFL and 2 100w CFLs temps stay 75-80*F. Ok on to the pics, let me know what you guys think. I told him the right plant looks like too much nitrogen but he thinks its perfect.. told him it should look like the one to the left (color wise): 
This little girl looks like CAL def IMO but what would you say caused it? he watered for 2 weeks with ph leveled water 6.5 ish then fed 1/2 strength, then a week later fed again full strength, week after that watered, then fed full strength again a week later.. he flushed this one out today to see if that helps, run off PH was 5ish .. this is the only one really affected so badly.. stunted growth burning leaves started from the bottom sets and worked its way up. 
slight burn on this one started at the top sets.. new growth looks fine only a couple leaves having a yellowish tint on edges and small burn spots on the edges. 
This is the same plant as the 3rd pic just a different leaf. 
slight yellowing on the edges of the upper leaves..

this is the same plant as the 2nd picture just a full shot, you can see the stunted growth yellowing leaves and spotted burning moving from the bottom up... 
now this one is doing fine other than a bit of stretching but he wanted me to ask about the redish stem, I told him it might be stress from the topping of the plant, just my guess.
