I order almost 35 seeds from this site and only 4 popped .I also spent almost 250 us dollars on this site and I give this site a negative -0.I also sent them an email saying that almost all my seeds did not pop and I spent quit a bit on yall and basically what they said is thank you for your money and sorry about the seeds get over it.so all yall people out there stay away from the gorilla seed bank.

I first Personally want to apologize for this and help you navigate this situation to a possible solution.
Sorry about that one man. It is definitely a hard situation. We are not the breeders, and to exist in the UK as soon as a client says " Grow, Germinate, Growing, Got wet" or anything like that we have to go hands off or we just get shut down. Thats it the truth of the industry in the UK.
We try to help our customer navigate this with it being posted in most descriptions, and even on our phone system and contact page before you can get to an agent.

Every bean ive ever gotten from gorrila has popped. Sounds like you picked crappy breaders to buy from. Tell us who you bought got so we know whos beans arent popping.
I don't have my order number because I threw away the peace of paper but I have the address I sent it to tho.

I'm not going to bash anyone's habits, but I just want to put this out there again.
I am by no means an expert, but I have almost a 100% success rate with putting seeds directly in a root riot cube, putting those in a ziplock back under a humidity dome, and using my CFL lighting as a heat source - I just put a small towel over the dome to so the lighting is indirect.
I don't work for root riot or even have a connection there, but they have a really good product that makes things pretty much foolproof.
I think last time I ordered some, I got a bag of 50 or 100 for about $20.
Papertowels, soaking until they pop, I'm going to kill them almost every time. They rot on me, I break them trying to transplant, I forget about them. If it works for you, great - but I really think the cubes are the safest/easiest way to go.
The trick with the cubes is that they keep exactly the right amount of moisture and air - works like a charm.

For anyone interested, my package arrived on Friday, the 27th. This was 10 days from UK to Georgia, USA. It did indeed have to be signed for so I received the notice Friday and picked up on Saturday.
By this morning, all seeds had popped and are now all resting nicely in their new warm soil.
Three Jack Herer, 1 Bud Bud Bling Tingz, 1 Lemon Kush, all autos.

I'm sorry that's not a little more clear. That little blurb speaks to the brand, and isn't intended to describe Blue Kripple except to say Blue Kripple is part of the Dr Krippling brand. It was meant to say that Dr Krippling's fems & AutoFems are really popular.

I thought Gorilla was awesome until I did business with them.
Through Gorilla I bought 105 spectacular, cup winning White Widow seeds from G13 Labs. Paid over a grand. Payment went through no problem. Then I got the email where they tried to push their trash seeds off on me. "We're out of your 105 awesome seeds. We'd like to give you 125 "The Widow" seeds from "Feminized Seeds." Look it up on their site, it's a trash strain. 20% THC (which is really low for widow), no yield info, and the pictures look like shwaggy dirtweed. The description for that trash strain even says "NB: Your order will include authentic Widow Seeds, but they won't be anything like what we've described. These items are meant for collection purposes only. Any cultivation or germination attempts are against the law in the UK and most other countries."
Asked for a straight up refund over 24 hours ago. Still no response. These guys really do suck at everything, including communication. Oh yeah, and they cuss all over their site like they think they're cool, but if you put one little cuss word in your email it gets rejected by their "Safe Space" Zendesk email server. WOW.
Btw, got four whole free seeds from Gorilla for spending over a grand with them on that order. None of those were strains of real noteworthy impressiveness. Go to Attitude Seedbank. I did. Got my original order of 105 Widow seeds from G13 Labs, got 58 free seeds, all of them Award and Cup Winning badass strains, and 48 of those free seeds were G13 Labs seeds. And I spent $200 less.

Sometimes, they jump the gun on the out of stocks because most people want their seeds in the mail yesterday.
It could be that they were just doing to take a couple days to arrive.
Also, you never have to take their suggestion - you could have picked anything else from our site. And, I don't think those are trash seeds. The pictures leave a lot to be desired, but I've had more than a few people tell me they got very good results with those seeds. However, if you ordered that many seeds, I can understand why you wanted exactly what you paid for.
The NB: is from me - I write 90% of the material on the site. We have to cover ourselves because 1. some dumbasses have to be told we're selling seeds & not the buds they see in the picture and 2. The UK laws that make it legal to sell but illegal to encourage growing force us to plaster disclaimers all over the site.
Next - because I get the fun job of writing most of the content on the site, I cuss when I feel like it, and when it kind of fits. To be honest, I take great pleasure in cursing in real life too. It's not because I think I'm cool - it's just me, and I'm probably the uncoolest person in the world & the first person to say I'm not trying to be anything but myself.
I did not set up the Zendesk filter, but I was told it was turned off recently. Maybe they turned it back on. We only have one message type, but it's usually words like grow & germination that get you - but they also could have put some stuff in there to protect the girls who answer those emails. I'm sure you were just venting your frustration which is understandable, but you wouldn't believe what these girls get - in addition to b*tches & c*nts, they get death threats, etc. over things that they can't control. Our favorite is "go die in a fire" - that must be a UK thing because we get it a lot, and I've never heard it in the US.
Anyway, ramble over - I'm going to PM you & lets see what we can do to get you straight or at least make sure you get your money back.
