That was really the reason i stop purchasing seeds. And from the time i paid for it, a few weeks later my credit card got screwed 1100 dollars.

GorrilaSeedBank has been nothing but good to me. All the beans popped no problems. One had twins so thats 115% germ rate. They answered all my emails. They were polite, courteous, and my beans only took 10 days to show up.
I love to hear about it when things go well!

I still got them all beans though, i just started buying seeds again. I gave attitude a try but thid time doing banm transfer which i paid a hefty charges

International bank transfers are way more expensive than they need to be - greedy banks.

I didn't like it at first, because I didn't know how to do it, but bitcoins are the fastest & cheapest way to pay. It'll get you the best discount too. We've got instructions, but if anyone wants me to help them, just PM me. I'm not an expert by any means, but I can tell you what I use and a couple pain-free places to buy bitcoins. .

Orderd seeds from here, they called the next day to say they no longer had them in stock and offered an upgrade to a similar strain with an extra seed. Seeds arrived a couple of days later. Good service and delivery time.

We ordered over 90 days ago, with no response from Gorilla after many inquires.
To be clear, I don't yet know what happened with our regular customer service team because BeeHonest hasn't supplied me with the information I need to find out, but both Gavin & myself responded to BeeHonest on another forum night before last asking for the order number, ticket number, etc. We didn't get it, so I'll wait for a response here. Just wanted to point out that this customer has had responses from my team.

If you called the US line, Gavin only works part-time - he calls everyone back as long as he can make out the number on the voicemail.

When I checked the tickets our regular customer service picks up, they had responded to you several times, some of which had a few back & forths which show that you received their answers.

For everyone following this thread, BeeHonest placed an order without the stealth guarantee in September & paid cash. The shipping address was incomplete, but the shipment was mailed the day after we received complete information.

The shipment went through Chicago customs and was apparently seized. It went in & never came out.

BeeHonest started contacting us (from what I can see) this past week. He was offered either a reship or a refund even though he hadn't purchased the stealth guarantee. He chose the refund option & requested cash in the amount & currency sent. We agreed a few days ago & our regular customer service dept said that it would be mailed out via registered mail as soon as they had the currency on hand. (Sometimes, that takes a day or so.)

I'm going to keep an eye on this & make sure we get him a tracking number once the mail goes out.

BeeHonest's other complaint was that we should have kept an eye on his shipment & handled any delays/seizures on our end. Unfortunately, we are not staffed to provide that service & will continue to rely on our customers to notify us if they do not receive their order.

Sherry, just read your pm, no reason to copy us. If we did not pay for stealth shipping to receive a refund, please do not ship a refund. That would not be fair to your pay customers. We support what you do. Thanks for everything. Enjoy the holidays.

I'm not going to argue the point, but you responded to the emails, so I'm going to have to assume you received them.

I'll copy more into the PM system later today.

The refund is already in progress, so it's all good. We always take care of our customers.

Right now, I'm adding Kannabia to the site. They were nice enough to give us about 100 seeds to give away in comps even though they weren't on our site at all. I thought it would only be right to work on their brand.

Meh they have lots of other stuff to choose, sour grapes, alien og, LSD, grape OG, SSH, GSC, I could get lost in that catalog for days if i had a grand to spend in it ;)
We have tons of brands & seeds waiting to go up. If someone wants something, we can check availability & move them up the list.

I try to make sure a few new seeds go up everyday, but it doesn't always happen.
