Gorilla Glue #4 from Fastbuds

So this is my first time growing. And the plant is looking amazing so far.
I am growing it in some Miracle Grow Nature's Care Organic & Natural Potting Mix with Water Conserve. It has sphagnum peat moss, processed forest products, coco coir, perlite, and yucca. And for nutrients it has Alfalfa Meal, Bone Meal, Earthworm Castings, and Kelp Meal.
And I am also using Alaska Fish Fertilizer that has 5-1-1 NPK.
With 24 hours of light.

Week 2
Starter leaves are turning yellow, but the true leaves remains green. Just been giving it plain tap water.

Week 3
Started giving it fish fertilizer, and the plant really took off, and the leaves are super dark green.
The pictures were taken 3 days after I took the pictures on week 2.
The roots are coming out of the bottom of the 3 inch nursery pot, so I added some plain tap water to the Solo cup, and put a bubbler air stone in it. I hung the pump on a bungie cord to reduce noise. I guess it's a hybrid soil/hydroponics system..
The plant is about 2.5 inches tall. It is a super spiky little thing. And it just looks so badass.

I am not sure if I should go full hydroponics, or keep it in soil when I transfer it to a bigger pot.
Hydroponics is pretty hard, and my last seedling died, and soil is a lot simpler.
What do you guys think?

I will try to keep you guys updated each week.

Good luck with this strain. Went through the entire 5 pack and every single plant turned out junk. Everything else from Fastbuds has been killer for me.
If it makes you feel better, i am down to 1 of 5 Gold Glue from Mephisto. 1 of first 4 never gremed right and 3 of the 4 are not doing much. 1 might give me 2 oz if she keeps going. Almost 90 days as well and only 3-4 weeks flowering. Believe GG4 was quoted as being muntant prone so probably passed from clone to seed even from different breeders.

I would consider switching soil to Ocean Forest by Fox Farm (or Happy Frog by Fox Farm for seedlings). Made especially for plants like ours. I've never used Natures Care, but the term 'Miracle Grow' concerns me lol. Reason being, miracle grow tends to add extended release nutrients in their soil, and you don't want extended release veggy nutrients when you're going into the flowering phase. Now I have no clue if Nature Care's Organic formula has this or not. You also don't want the 'water conserve' thing unless you won't be able to water your plants for extended periods. That's more likely to be a problem than a positive thing.
*Edit* I meant to add in, DWC hydroponics work especially fantastic for auto's in my opinion because they grow to the size of a regular photo plant when in Deep Water Culture, like the plants in my profile pic, they're all autos. Some advise doing a few soil grows before trying DWC, but there's nothing wrong with going straight for it. If you've plenty of idle time, it's far more forgiving to mistakes than soil is. But there's also nothing wrong with going with soil. If you're interested in something that's in the middle, then give Coco a try :)

So far it is at 2 inches tall after 3 weeks.
When do you think I should transfer it to a 5 gallon DWC system?

Also, the Miracle Gro Nature's Care is all organic, like Fox Farm there are no synthetic fertilizers, but Nature's Care is only 10 dollars while Fox Farm is 30 dollars a bag.
And I think their "Water Conserve" just refers to the perlite, coco, yucca and peatmoss in it.

You're using fortified soil and you're already feeding fish fertilizer, you better be careful or you'll cook that little plant real quick

Never did figure out why ppl buy auto's......ruderalis lowers potency of sativa and indica...not to mention shitty yields to save 2 weeks of flower?

Big surprise. Guy registers 6 mo ths ago and knows it all. Probably the guy that has been growing 40 years wjen i was still in diapers. Yada, yada, yada. It's been said over and over. If you are curious because you had a bad experience trying to grow them jist swallow the pride and ask. My Ripley's OG from Mephisto grew so big the branches were breaking off and had to be tied up. I never stuck with my journal but pics around July 24th of 18 if you search my co tent. 2 plants in coco 3.9 gal pots with GH Micro and Bloom, NO GROW, and a 135 watt QB led gave me 9-10 oz of lemon pledge smelling buds that made my arms feel like stone when resting on the table. I have to literally concentrate on lifting them for a drink it was that good. 82 days from seed. It is one of the parents of LoganBurkes AvT. Try to have experienced a good auto grow before repeating 10 year old opinions you hear about them.

So you think RIU long term members are the only growers on the Earth?

Nah. I have too much respect for myself and work a real honest job. You sound like a 25-30 year old white boy who thinks he does big things with a few plants. Im not into going back and forth with clowns so I'm gonna make it easy and block you. Good luck on the millions kiddo.

If you're interested in transplanting into a DWC system, I'd try to let the plant get healthy enough to handle the shock of transplanting. I've personally never switched a plant from soil to DWC, so I'm not sure how much I can be of assistance there, but you can definitely do it once the plant is in a stable place. :) Auto's tend to be more easily shocked when it comes to their root zones though, so just be very delicate with it's roots if you decide to transplant. :)

So this is the final product, it never grew more than like 5 or 6 inches tall...
This strain from FastBuds is totally not worth it.
It was a mutant, and never grew taller....

You grew in a pot smaller than the plant, used Miracle Grow to save money, don't appear to have ph'd water, probably didn't feed with any nutrients after the bad soil ran out(3-4 weeks usually for store bought soils) and I'm afraid to even ask about lights. A little bit of money invested on good products for growing will go a long ways. Good luck next time. On the positive, my Gold Glues from Mephisto gave me around 1.5 each on 3 of them and it was INSANE in the vape.

i do not think you can blame the strain for a bad result on your first grow...i'm not trying to be a dick, but you made a ton of mistakes. that's to be expected, there is a learning period for everything. read more in the indoor section, look into better lights, bigger pots, better nutes....and just so you know...that's not a mutant, that's an autoflower, which is what Fastbuds is known for...get some feminized photoperiod GG4 seeds from Blimburn and you'll at least have a chance...you were cursed from the beginning with an auto seed you weren't aware was an auto

i got this seed as a feebie chilling the fridge, most definitley will give it a shot, this looks like a bit of grower error. to be expected.
just at a glance ..too small of pot and you grew in miracle grow...added extra stuff AND fertilized it.. for me you have a plant which coped exceptonally well with being totally fried! id say with the right experienced grower this plant would have been a beast.
Just learn for next time ive been growing 10 years and am only just starting to get everything more or less right.
