Goofy-looking plant

Yo, noticed today that one of my babies had its leaves growing straight up, I don't think I've seen anything quite like this before! I figured it's a result of using the wrong lights (soft white vs. daylight CFLs ), so I just replaced them, hopefully it'll show some more normal growth now. Just posting as an oddity, but of course I'm open to any advice!
