Gonna chop in the mornin, yay or nay???

This is my second generation Mexican bagseed I named landrace. She went a month in veg and about fourteen weeks flower under 600 watts cfls shared between twelve plants.

No way. Nice looking plant at least another 2 weeks.

Those girls just starting to get fat.

Wait a couple - to 3 weeks and you will be glad you did.

if you've already gone 14 weeks in flower and they look like that, I'd be bummed.

that sativa blood is making her a slow finisher.

i'm thinking 2 weeks more at least.

I'd get some new genetic started immediately and cut her as soon as I could put the new genetic in the flower area. something that will finish in a decent time.

whats she smell like? spice, sandlewood?

Ya I started reg seeds before I got medical strains I have white widow sour dreams great white and one northern lights just shot pistils last week so no I'm not bummed. Kinda impressed actually at the thc resin production on a random seed from brickweed and the time well idc its experience man. Smell, real citrusy with a little skunk. This is actually the farthest along of the bunch and now you know my anticipation to harvest

You may have found a diamond. Definitely let her ride a few weeks. Get a magnifier if you don't have one yet. This will help judge when she's truly finished.

I myself would harvest now, as the hairs are going red... But then again, that's just me!
But if i had Mr. Ganja telling me otherwise, then well i'd take the advice of the pros

This just crossed my mind: maybe try putting this one in reveg after harvest? That way you could get some clones out of it!

I like growing the mexican. It really turns out way better in a good hydro-op. It's up to you when you want to chop 'em. As long as you can keep 'em growing the bigger they'll get. If I chose to go on I'd add another 400 actual watts and up the waterings as required.

It is better to take clone snips before the plant(s) goes into bud. I don't promote topping because it is better to take a snip. I don't promote reveg either.

Ya I needed the room in my flower closet for the up and comers, took it down at 5:00 am before lights on and hoping to get maybe an oz and a half. This is only my second grow and biggest plant so far so I feel I am getting better. Also I fed up through harvest so no yellowing of leaves like last time. Real sticky this one compared to the few I have done in the past. I do have a 40x loupe and the trichs are all pretty damn milky and very few amber.

Good job man. I wouldn't be bummed at all. YOU grew it and now YOU get to smoke it. I'd be pretty happy with myself. The pics looked good. I always try to harvest with just a little amber bc I like the "get shit done " high, especially with a sativa. Will be looking forward to seeing a smoke report from you. My first couple grows were from Mexican brickweed.its cool to see how much better the bud is when u grow it yourself

Ya for sure not too bad of genetics at all considering the bag it came from years ago. The main cola weighed 63 grams and I know will shrink to 1/3 or at least in the past has been the case. Still hoping for an oz and a half dry....

You should always hope for less, so when harvest time comes around and you get more then you hoped for you be like Hell yeah buddy hahaha

I would chop that shit in pure spite for being such a slow ass plant and it's still needs two weeks min.

Pretty decent stuff, real sour smelling and for a reg strain and has good taste to it. Very uplifting and positive vibe when smoked.
