Going on vacation, will be gone for 8 days, have two rooms and need some help....

So basically, I need to water my plants while I'm gone, I have a Waterfarm/400w HPS in one room, and a Aerogarden/150w HPS in the other, both plants in flower. So what I want to do is fill the reservoir up before I leave and then use a drip system on a very slow drip to keep the reservoir on both plants from emptying. The Aerogarden will probably need 4 gallons over a period of 8 days, while the Waterfarm will probably need about a gallon over the 8 days.

Sound good?
Anybody done this and have some advice on how to build? I know I need some tubing, an aquarium pump, and reservoirs. I'm thinking of using the pin hole method in a milk gallon container for the waterfarm, I'm 6 weeks into flowering and know the end is near so I'm really excited and can't wait to harvest, probably flush when I get back. I wouldn't have gotten this far without you guys.....

I like your Jack Herer quote Lolipopcrop, I don't see a lot of political stuff from this forum. Perhaps it is because it is so international?

Hey General

]I have cheap toilet tank valves in all my reservoirs. It works great! I almost never have to ph adjust my water, but if you have to, gravity supply the float valve from a ph correct reservoir.

]The best advantage of my "crapper fill tech." is that you can run with a higher ppm than you normally would, (optimum ppm) because you don't have to worry about it ever raising as the girls use water, it is replaced as it is used, water volume is a constant.

]You can also use a smaller res. than normal. This = less wasted nutes at each change out.

Sorry for the delay in getting back guys, when I got back from vacation on Sunday, I found out was going to be out of town for another 5 days....I basically made a drip system out of an old glass bottle using the push pin method...didn't really work all that well but the plants lived and I harvested the last of the plant today...so far I have an 1.5oz dried and curing, and expecting another 3/4 oz or so.....so a little over 2oz...and I still have my aerogarden plants to harvest in the next few days, which look much better by the way....
