25-30k

They have 16 light controls that start 4 lights at a time. I believe its 4 a min....

Now I already have alot of equip. But these minisplits are going to kill me. Being 8k total.

Can't I just run one unit with dual zones? I run 11/13 anyways. Or would that kill the unit? Prolly freeze up and overheat my garden im guessing lol.

Also you mean twister? How fast r those boys? 6k? Ouch...
25-30k for 32 lights?
25 k wouldn't cover the dehumidifiers and air conditioners for 32 lights

I know a dude who just setup 8 lights . Lights scrubbers trays , pots, co2, fans

6k

Air conditioners and dehumidifiers 9K

Room build, insulation, electrical, panda and ir film 5k

Nutes and dirt through first run .. 4K

Electric for veg and entire first run... 6k

Extra bullshit headaches paying people to help 3k

Grand total to setup an 8 light room properly to produce over a gram per watt consistently of top
Shelf nug... 25-35k

Didn't calculate living cost or rent for building either ..or a veg room!

Growing weed properly isn't cheap

40 years experience and no start up funds? What kind of numbers do you pull with that 6k setup and 40 years experience?
I have 25K back and half the equipment already. I'm only looking at 16K for my op. I'm pulling over $100K with my 6K set-up now.

$8k for AC (2 5 tons=120000)

Already got about 16 ballast and lights. So 16 more at 150 is 2400.

Dehumidifer is only for drying room. My flower rooms has always been low rh.

Things are different and who you know matters. I pay $50 to run a 1000w light.unlike some cali guys who pay $150+/- . But that's all overhead included. So my bills would be 1600 or so month. But I feel more comfortable running as business so my kwh is higher. So about 2400 month or one bow...

I totally agree with your numbers for the most part. It is expensive. I have considered buying a foreclosed income property with 2-4 units. So each can run its own 200 amp service in diff names. But I want the extra space. I looked into the prefab buildings yesterday. Im thinking its the way to go. New construction in middle of no where ya know.

Yes it's nice to have cheap power. I'm running around $.08 a KWH now for my property's. Big thing with remote locations is the cost of the service entrance. I got a quote from my electric supplier for 200' underground service at $3,800.

They install mine free up to the meter for new service. I imagine there's probably a cap to length of install from grid tho.

Is do it myself if your township will allow you too with permit. Its only wire n sewer piping but its the depth tests probably the pain in the ass... All this said is assumed.
