Hay all,
Ive been growing in soil for the last year and now i want to try a dwc hydro set up and am in some much needed advice on the matter.
This is what i know so far"
1, get a storage unit'
2, drill holes in for the air lines'
3, cut hole in lid for plant'
4, put an hole in the bottom for drainage of res'

Thats about as far as i got' what i really want to know is/is there a way to put the nutes into the res? i know that you drain the res every 2 wks and then just repeat the same' am i right??
Im really hoping that i will be able to do well with this, and i like it coz its simple to maintain and look after, i'd be really thankfull to all of you out there who use this system and can give me some much needed advice on what is fully needed and when to do it lol
Thanks everyone scunk

get a bucket much easier for the first timer.
you can buy a (bucket cover netcup) cheap from your local hydro store, if you dont have one order it one online.
as far as changing the water its not 2 weeks it all depends on the size of your container and how many plants you are feeding
i had plants that drank all there water in couple of days im talking dryed water clean. so it is crucial to constaly check the water. i also believe hydo its more time consuming than soil.

Just do some reading on DWC mate, But just remember you will need to spend more time checking PH/EC in hydro because it can change quickly.

I personally prefer hydro than soil, But everyones different.
