going from 18-6

I am new to indoor vegging and still trying to smooth out the bumps. I've been vegging my mothers, clones, and seedlings under a 400w MH at 18-6. I want to move some of them outside. Will they start flowering from the light difference, going from 18-6 indoor to 14-10 outdoor? What is the best way to make the transition without shocking them into hermies or flowering? Should I start fresh and set the light to 14-10, to match the light conditions that are outside at the end of april? I feel a little stuck here.:wall:

14/10 is awful close to 12/12 but probably OK. I would try to match the temperatures also.

The temp is pretty close right now. I just don't want to set everything into flower.

What do you mean by a little longer? Longer than the end of April? Maybe the end of May?

Depends on where you're at, check sunrise/sunset tables for you're area. Where I'm at end of April, beginning of May earliest.
