Go Green LED 200w (G13 PINEX)

Your neighborly pal Coco is back with another noob grow, this time with a slightly larger tent and more importantly this brand new 200w LED by Go Green LEDS. My tent is now 2.5'x2'x6.5' which should give me the headroom for this LED.

This time I have planted 4 feminized pineapple express seeds, which are each about 2 weeks old now, in 3 gallon smart pots with Ocean Forest soil. I have topped two of the plants, one which was growing at a much faster rate in an attempt to allow the others to catch up, and another that had a very strange mutation in which one half of the plant was hardly developed and the other growing ahead. Since topping it seems like it is growing symmetrically again but if it starts getting too wonky I will pull her out to give my other gals room.

I will start with nutes next week and will be running AN ph perfect base nutes. I will also provide pictures next week of my plants, setup, and new light.

If you did not catch my last grow I was running 2 AK48 by nirvana in 5 gallon smartpots with a 150w HPS light. I yielded just shy of 2 ounces of pretty great bud. This time with the LED and a little more knowhow, I'm hoping to pull 3-4 ounces.

My plants are filling out nicely aside from the runt that sprouted a week later than the others.

First feeding was this week and I did a half dose

6.3ph
550ppm

They took it very nicely and I'm going to up the feeding just a bit more next week. I planned on flowering this Sunday but may hold off another week. image.jpegimage.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg

Plants have been in 12/12 for almost a week now. They are perfect lil gals and have given me quite a bit of tops. Really hoping for 6oz with this grow.

Same ph and ppm as before.

Switched to 12/12 on November 24th.

It's been about 2.5 weeks and I've got baby buds everywhere! No deficiencies, pests, problems whatsoever. I've been very impressed with myself and my gals this grow. Hoping to be puffing on this by Valentine's Day!

Here's a quick update at around 3ish weeks since switch. Everything is looking great at the moment. As you can see, the runt that I didn't top caught up with the rest of the ladies and is now a beautiful beast!image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

Got a bit of nute burn going on, particularly with one plant but all of the topped ladies have some going on. I just ran a ton of water through them and checked on the overall ph which was at 5.6 (definitely too low). I kept watering until the runoff didn't appear yellow and grimy. Going to keep a close eye on them over the next few days but I'm not too worried as only a few leaves and tips were really damaged. I'll update with pics on Saturday which will mark 4 weeks into flower.

Nute burn is taken care of. The flush seemed to do the job just fine and I'll be doing a very light feeding tomorrow.

Half way through flowering and the gals are really started to fill out. The main colas are growing down about 8-12 inches and the untopped plant is growing a massive ass cola.

I'm considering growing 4 untopped plants next grow depending on how this one continues to perform.

Harvested 3 of the plants last week. I tried both dry and wet trim and I will never be doing dry again. I also found that my new grow space has had a really low humidity. I only let them dry for a few days because they were drying too fast and decided to just pop them in the jars and am slowly drying them out that way.

I just harvested half of my last and best plant. Huge nugs and ridiculously dense. I learned so much this grow especially with my dry and cure techniques. I'm going to be doing 2 blue dream and 2 c99 next grow all of which will remain untopped.

Thanks for everyone that checked this out and happy growing!image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg

I absolutely love the lights. Any problems with my grow were either me or the genetics. Performance was great, no bleaching, and happy plants with a good yield.
Thx Coco, plants do look amazing & glad to hear the light was a good investment.

I trim by hand and thank you for the compliment! I have to do a final weighing soon. I've dipped into one of my jars with the bud that dried a bit too fast. I'll throw a weight at you guys tomorrow!

I got about 4 ounces from these ladies. Not as high as I'd like but hopefully next time I can do better. The nute burn 4 weeks into flowering really hurt my yield. So 1 ounce per plant. Not bad, not great either.

Great smoke though and it gets me high so I can't complain too much haha!

g'day Coco,
For that space an oz per 1ft/2 is a great result.
Do u have any previous grows in that tent to compare results & other lights?
