Gnatrol in Reservoir?

I'm new to coco, and have a minor fungus gnat infestation in progress at the moment. I'm using an ebb and flow system, and I did a Gnatrol soak the other day - about a half teaspoon per gallon, more or less, per instructions on the bottle.

Now my reservoir is brownish and slightly cloudy, so I'm assuming some of the Gnatrol flushed into the rez and established a little colony in there. Does that mean that once you apply the Gnatrol and get it into your reservoir, you have a longterm colony of Gnatrol working on your fungus gnats? If so, I imagine you'd only have to apply it once, right?

Also, while I'm on the subject, I have about a dozen clones rooted into coco. All doing terrific. Since they're in coco, do I want to give them a mild treatment as well? I'm a little wary about messing with clones like that, but then again, I don't want to give gnats a safe haven, or allow them to get established in fresh young clones. Not sure what the best course of action is there.
