^^^ Statism is a very dangerous political philosophy, wouldn't you agree??

I don't live for any person other than myself. I am not a milk cow who will stand still for having his teats pulled for the "good of the community." What I earn is a reflection of my service to others. I make my living by helping others get what THEY want. What I earn is mine to keep and dispense as I see fit.

I am a lover of liberty and freedom. Those who advocate the sacrifice of the individual for the "good of the community," or the "good of the state," are enslavers and the enemies of liberty and freedom.

Yes, but I don't believe an absolute statist philosophy is being proposed or imposed. You help yourself to help others, and that is the way it should be. What you earn is a reflection of your service, but if your service is to allot towards an individual wants which capitalizes on a person's need, well your service is much of nothing to brag about. I don't see nothing wrong, as to where you do, with sacrificing want's for the (need) or, good of the community (your neighbors), but I guess they may have all their want's too.

"I am a lover of liberty and freedom. Those who advocate the sacrifice of the individual for the "good of the community," or the "good of the state," are enslavers and the enemies of liberty and freedom."

That above statement is hogwash / brainwash propaganda, and not true, just an over exclamation of a half hearted lie...,

Why do an overwhelmingly vast majority of Americans feel enslaved today? Is it the Statist philosophy in act now to blame?

Could we be confusing voluntarism vs force?

We possibly could, and I think we might.

But what course do we take that will allow people to voluntarily do the right thing? The course we have taken is geared to do the right thing, but the selfish thing reigns predominately in our culture. I don't believe we should be forced to do anything, but it's not like we are not being forced / extorted now. There are plenty of bullshit taxes we should've been raising hell about 365, 24/7

We are all being forced right now to pay homage to the want's of people, we were paying before the recession because that is what led to the recession. Pay more/Tax more, so I can continue to play like I want to. The top of an pyramid should never tumble, it is when the base infrastructure weakens should the pyramid fall. The infrastructure is still being forced to support its' top heavy head, if nothing else was to ever change or be enacted lawfully.

idk, I'm gonna start writing myself in for PoTUS. I'll tell my kids I ran for president a few times and those bastards rigged the election against me. ,

seriously, if this trip around it's all bullshit as usual, and no real reform change is in our system that benefits the majority, fuck'em All..

I don't know where you live, Braz ... but here in the People's Republic of Kalifornia, counting all taxes, we're sitting on top of a tax rate in excess of 50%. What that means is, over 50% of our labor is owned by a combination of federal, state, county and city governments. What would you call a system whereby over 50% of your labor is owned/controlled by an entity other than yourself? The only word I can come up with is slavery. How about you?

Again, those who advocate the sacrifice of one individual for the benefit of another is an enslaver.

Oh, I totally agree. It doesn't matter which state you profess, it's all the same. Some a little less worst than the next, but still the same. What exactly do you consider as sacrifice? Is it sacrifice of "Way of living" or, Sacrifice in "the Ability to sustain a living." The latter seems to be more prevalent in matters of the people who are and have been doing the sacrificing. But again, who is the enslaver and who are the slaves?

I'm seriously confused about who you think are being enslaved? Are you saying the goverment is the slave masters, or the overseer?

You take a couple of hot buttered rolls off the magnificent feast laden table, now everybody professes at the table they will die of hunger!!

As I said before, this battle cry should've been 365, 24/7 for decades of all the erroneous taxes placed on the people. The only difference I see is to whom it benefited at the time.

Tell me exactly when did you begin to feel like a slave according to the tax system? Is this some new onset feeling you just acquired or, have you been hunched over for the last 40 plus years? If so, I feel ya'....
