Give me some advice on bulking up plants in natural style.

Havn't been growing for very long.
Am using peat based organic soil, does not come hot/ no nutes in the soil.
Added some perlite for aeration & some cheap bagged worm castings.
Been adding alfalfa, malted barley, kelp, labs, silica, humic/fulvic acid in the soil as well as teas.

But have not yet added any guano, blood meal nor fish based ferts.
Don't have a worm farm, havn't had the time to make bokashi.

The nutes that i do have i got as free samples from hydro stores and weed shows.
Growtek - Monster Grow
Growtek - Monster Bloom
Peruvian Gold - Crescendo/Flower Finisher.
I been feeding with these nuts but only like once per cycle/Very minimally, dont wana fuck up my soil & understand that the Growtek stuff high in P will kill the mycelium, so I wish to replace the Growtek with something natural & affordable.
I think I need a super natural nitro boost during veg, What would you reccomend?

You don’t need any boosters or additions nothing you add will help “bulk up”.

The best and easiest way to have chronic bulkly fat donkey dick colas is to build s complete nutrition soil. If you put slittle of everything thrnplsnts needs. And really focus on soil health and not the plant. Things will be great. Alfalfa. Kelp. Neam. Crab and fish bone meal. Along with minerals is all you need. If the plant is getting what it wants st all time with the help of the micro herd and fungal networks it will grow to its max genetic potential. I can give you a recipe I’ve been using with water only great results for up to 3 runs before reammending. ( strain dependent of course).

You grew three runs with the soil without adding any amendments? I’m curious to know the recipe too.

Lacto Ferments will help bulk up. Even the lower buds. Improve trichome production too. Thats the only thing i have seen work like that. It takes 4-5 weeks to make activated labs then another 4 -5 weeks to make lacto based ferments. Your grow will be done by then.

Mammoh p will increase yield.. It promotes shorter node spacing with more stretch. You end up with more stacking and bud sites. It also makes buds denser and promotes more trichome production.

Mammoth p is 4 specific microbes cultured from alfalfa that solubilize phosphorous.

Rootwise is another p solubilizer but I haven't used it but I hear good things

Gro kashi or em1 bokashi will improve growth and yield too. They're imo's (indigenous micro organisms ) they promote psuedomycelium growth (white fuzz on top of soil). They're full of trace minerals too.

Basalt rock dusts will improve density and brix levels.

Fungus!

Fungal dom compost.

Full spectrum lighting, 2000k 3000k 4000k 5000k etc etc

Check out what all the competition growers are doing, too, in the veggie world. No shortage of minerals and biofilms, plus champion genetics are key factors.

As is myco, or AMF or Arbuscular Endomycorrhizae Fungi, another huge factor for yield boost / root reach

I would also recommend skipping the 'crappy' castings and going fresh, nothing beats DIY!!

and swapping alfafa out for neem and maybe a bit more kelp

a more robust aeration mix wont hurt, that uses some activated biochar, that will house more microbes and give them spaces to survive longer

and lastly, I would use organic oatmeal (ground into a flour, sprinkled under the mulch) instead of all those samples from the stores..

Thats what I would do anyways, with all due respect, bud!
