On the toolbar in the reply box.

Third from the right.

Put your mouse on it, and it will say "insert image". Click on it.

Find the photo you want to upload, and upload that mofo.

Lol, I see why people get irritated with his question, it get asked a lot. OP, icons above the comment box third from the right insert image and off you go.

I'm on a touch pad it won't let me do that
