girls have turned a pale green almost yellow.....what is wrong

Hi guys
I've been busy like crazy...the wet room is now dry and clean....the girls are doing fine and will upload a picture to show ya...they've been fed now and are showing brilliant signs of improvement, the ph is now at 5.7 and i will continue this even with water...three days away from switching to 12/12 ...
