Wow. It's been over a decade since I've been on this site (amazed I remembered my pasdword!). A lot has changed in the world of weed and growing since then and I'm back at it, on a smaller scale than ever before!

Now to the grow.
I'm growing in a 3x2 tent inside if an ikea pax system. Its a pretty discreet build.
I have a mars hydro tsc2000 (something like that)
1 4in exhaust fan going through 2 carbonscrubbers (all overnight from Amazon. Ugh, amazing!).
I germinated in a paper towel Over a germination warmer... since cable boxes don't exist anymore...
Popped in 24 hours.
Transfered into fox farm ocean forest in red solo cups.
Seedlings emerged 2 days later. The pics are 4 days after they sprouted?
This is going to be my first grow attempting to use organic super soil which is a completely new ballgame to the old chemical nutrients and endless measuring I'm familiar with. I'm very excited to try all the new growing techniques and technologies that have come along and I hope you'll join me on this journey of 2 small plants.
Thanks

Some new pics from 7 days after sprouting.
I have these 2 starting off with some autos I forgot to label (one is an afghan kush auto one is sour diesel auto) and plan on putting outside to finish, just for fun.
Currently running the light 18 hours a day roughly 18" from the sprouts at 50% output.
Just watering a bit of tap water left out for a few days. Tap here has a ph of about 7. Do you guys think I should ph my water? First time doing super soil and I've heard ph isn't super important. I'm also lazy so less work is always great!
So far everything's been looking great. But it's always late flower that my issues arise. So fingers crossed!
Any tips on super soil growing will be much appreciated.
I will be using Natures Living soil, super soil concentrate for autos... that's all that was available at the time.
I'm planning on trying the "supersoil method" on one plant and "living soil method" on the other.
Also planning on feeding the soil with a little molasses and "Real growers recharge" most likely bi-weekly. Thoughts?
Thanks for reading :)

Big day for the girls!
Their roots started popping out the bottom so time to transplant to their final 5 gallon homes.
I plucked the 5th set of leaves that were coming in, in preparation for scrogging.
Trying out "super soil" vs "living soil".
In the super soil pot I mixed 1.5 lbs of natures living soil concentrate in the bottom 1/3 of the pot with FF coco Loco.
In the living soil pot I mixed 1.5 lbs of natures living soil with FF coco Loco throughout the entire pot.
So far just been giving them tap water when dry about every 2 days.
So far so good!
Also a pic of some autos I'm putting out for a hopefull late harvest. Well see how they grow!

This week has gone pretty well. Just watering every few days.
The soil I transplanted into last week was a bit too wet and has yet to fully dry. Hoping that helps the roots stretch out a but though.
My cat ended up eating a few leaf tips when I was adding pvc joints onto the tent for scrogging.
Have the tsw2000 running at 50% 12 inces over the plants to try and get around 700 par at the plant as per their specs.
Keeping humidity at a pretty constant 50% and temps ranging from 70-80f
Also a pic of my outdoor autos. Hope they'll get to finish before freezing Temps.

Think I should top them one more time once a few nodes grow in? Trying to fill a 36"x20" space with these two girls.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info Blakey! Bud looks awesome, fingers looks awesomely hashy too! Lol
I'm still working up the courage to ask my better half if I can get a clone chamber/small veg tent lol so not sure if cloning will be an option for me... yet
I'm sort of on a hunt for a strong flavored diesel strain. You know, when the smoke and flavor are so thick you feel like you're drinking the smoke? Haha. Was hoping this could be it! Still have a ton of beans from my recent ordered and only room for 2 plants . Bought a bunch of autos to put outsiden in spring as well
Would love to here if you or anyone has grown any of these out.
Peace! And happy toking

Mate I did autos for first time a year back mistake it was ther jus so unpredictable sometimes dank sometimes swag and all different flowering times some quick some reall long I didn’t like the not knowing what’s coming
My advice is tiny veg space like tiny and a aero cloner ur be golden.
It’s amazing how many cuts a couple bonsai moms can give ya way enuff for the average personal opp.
The only headache is first finding ya moms and the amount of clones ya have to hold on too for the first few months.
Good luck.

Got the okay for a small veg/clone tent!
I agree with you about the autos however they seem perfect for outside for me. Stay nice and low and can hopefully get 2 possibly 3 harvests a year for little money! I grew out the original lowrider some 12 years ago or so and yielded like 8 grams. The genetics have come a long way since then! I think I should get at least 2 oz per plant on the 2 I have outside.
And yea I used to exclusively run clones. But they would always outgrow my Rubbermaid bin long before the other girls were ready for harvest. The tent I'm going to order is 18x30x36 so I think I'll have enough space to veg them out and start training them Until the other space is free.

Here's the weekly update since I'll be away for the next week. leaving the gf in charge! Hope she does okay haha.
Looks like the FIMed plant is growing 5 tops now?!
Temps are ranging between 74-80 since AC season is over with. Giving about .25 gallons of water every 3ish days. Started LST on the second plant.
Set the screen up 9 inches over the soil. Im. Sure they'll be in the screen by next posting.
Can't wait to see them next week!

Snapped a branch on the plant I FIMed taped it with some cling wrap. Did some light lst otherwise and some heavy definition. My cats think the clone tent and defoliation is all for them ‍♂. I'll probably flip them to flower once the Snapped stem heals a bit!
Thinking I want to make a bonsai mother and graft a bunch of strains into her. Think I'll take clones a few days before flipping, use one of those as the bonsai mother and start 2 more seeds soon to start the fruit salad tree grafting

Took clones! Got the clone tent mostly setup. Had a spare blurple light that I'll ne using in there for now. Should get the job done!
Waiting for some temp and humidity regulators and humidifier and dehumidifier
Flipped the plants over to flower cuz they're getting too big! Did a little more light defoliation and some lst as well as lower the screen slightly.

Yo bro u not got a dome
Ther gonna get hella yellow without my g
There's a dome! Lol just thought a foggy dome would make for lame pics. So far the clones are looking great! I'll update the grow tomorrow.
Worried about the 2 girls I have outside. Temps going to be mid 40s next week and they look like they need another month ‍♂

Almost finishing up their first week of flowering.
So far still just watering with regular untreated tap water.
Been doing some defoliation here and there and lst under the trellis to try and fill out the whole tent. thinking I should have started flowering a bit earlier bit time will tell! Can't wait for the flowers to show up.
Clones still looking healthy. No roots poking through yet though.
