Hello all! Well since It was really close to moving into my new place, I decided to scrap the single diesel ryder, and it was getting way too hot in my closet so I am setting up a stealth cabinet for this Bubba Kush, and The Church. I only ordered autoflowering seeds from the attitude just cause I love the little guys, and got these two as freebies.
I plan on going 12/12 the whole way through under a 200w 6500k and x4 42w 2700k
For the cab, I plan on using an old bookshelf... It is deep enough for 2 plants and spacy enough to hold the reflector and light. I am also going to construct a carbon scrubber to get rid of the smell from the inside so it doesn't even have a chance of leaking outside. I basically took all 3 shelves off the bookshelf, got myself some MDF board cut to size to fit in the big opening. I attached a hinge to the MDF and attached it to the bookshelf so it opens from the side. To make it stealthy, I screwed on the shelves to look like drawers, and added a little handle for added stealth. Dont want people thinking that is anything else but a clothing drawer. There is reflective mylar on every surface inside, it has x2 3" computer fans near the bottom for intake, and there is one 3" fan at the top for exhaust. So nothing too complicated. I am also contemplating adding like one of those plastic holders that doctors offices have and get some of those ice packs that arent really ice but stay cold for a while, and place them behind the fans so it can get some cooling in it.
No pictures of anything yet because I germinated the seeds, and just put them in peat pellets last night. The Bubba Kush just barely popped out. Gonna update this thread weekly with updates and pictures, but of course I will post pictures of the cabinet when I get to it.
