GH 1 part nutrient for veg & Bloom

GH makes a 1 part for both Veg and Bllom and when I first started and did not know shit I usedf them and did very well. but over the years I have tried everything and all brands and for some reason I think my years of experience has got the better of me because according to my book those first 2 rag tag grows produced 5 and 7 pounds of killer bud with a mix -n-match batch of left over clones from a dumpster of a dispensary and grown under 3 master blaster 1500 watt HPS ..................with just that nutrient and the Famous gravity !
which is now gone, history but I think about how little I knew and those 2 crops back to back and 12 pounds and I am thinking of going back to simplicity so if any of you out there have an opinion or use the GH 1 parts and are successful with them let me know what I am doing right or wrong or if I should just follow the directions on a feed chart of a particular brand let me know but I am seriously thinking about going back to this just to see if I can recapture that magic.

For the record depending on strain and veg time that sounds about right for yield. I say if you find something that works just work it. I don't use it in bloom I have tried it for veg it's definitely worthy for keeping my mothers alive.

Yes the flora nova series.....I am just wondering if I go back to it and throw in the stuff I know now and follow a half ass feed chart if I can recapture that magic........ other then just throwing a bunch of shit in a barrel and calling it good

I use floranova and the maxiseries on all my grows nowadays. Actually, I've been mostly using one or the other since the two came out. Imo, they work just as good as any other decent base nute does. Only other thing I use is calmag if needed. That's it! Nothing else except ph up and down when needed with both of them. Start at 1/4 tsp/gal, and then up to 1tsp/gal(usually about 4ml/gal).
I started with the floraseries a long time ago. I've messed around with many other base nutes, and I always go back to GH's one parts.
For the most part, I like the maxiseries better in any setup that uses a reservoir. Recirculating or drip fed run to waste. It's cleaner than the floranova. The floranova can clog pump filters.

I like the floranova best when added to cans/reservoirs and immediately fed to plants via pump and water wand.
